Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sourdough
- Blueberry jalapeno jam
- 3 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 slices of Havarti
- 2 tbs of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step1: Assemble each sandwich by spreading 1 Tbs of jam on each slice of bread. Add 2 slices of Havarti cheese and bacon.
Step 2: Heat butter in a cast- iron skillet. Place sandwiches in skillet
grill until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted all the way through.
