Order Processing Times

  • Single Products, Bundle Boxes, and Gift Baskets: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Third-Party Consigned Products: Items sourced from third-party vendors are collected every Friday and dispatched within 5–7 business days thereafter.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, in accordance with Shopify's shipping rates. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship within [Specify Shipping Zones, e.g., the United States, Canada]. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless agreed upon beforehand.
