Chicken Tinga w/ Dude Seriously "Award Winning" Hot Sauce


  • 2-3 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs 
  • 1 diced onion 
  • 4 cloves of roughly chopped garlic 
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 can of fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 3 tbs of Dude Seriously Hot Sauce
  • 1tbls of cumin
  • 1tbls of dried oregano
  • Salt to taste  


Step 1: Saute onions in a large pot or dutch oven. Saute until translucent (4-5 minutes).  

Add garlic and simmer for 1 minute. Add tomato paste and cook for  5-7 mins. stir constantly until tomato paste starts to darken. 

Step 2: Add remaining ingredients  and bring to a boil. Once boiling let simmer for 45 mins to 1 hour.  Chicken should be tender and shreddable 

Step 3:  Remove chicken from pot and let cool for 15 min. During that time reduce juices on a high boil for 15 mins. 

Step 4: Shred chicken and add to the sauce.

Step 5: Serve with your favorite taco topping. Recommendations corn tortilla, queso fresco, white onion, cilantro.
