Ingredients:
Schaefer's Farm Blueberry Balsamic Vinagrette
1 cup blueberries
1/4 small red onion
8 cups mixed baby greens
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
1/3 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions:
1.) Make sure to wash blueberries and slice red onion thinly
2.) Add greens with toppings (blueberries, red onion, feta cheese, and pistachios) together
2.) Shake blueberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing and drizzle over salad to taste
